Rio Nuevo Plans & Maps

New shopping, restaurants, offices, housing and other attractions are appearing in Downtown Tucson, making it one of the most popular places in the region to live, work and play. Sidewalk cafés, street celebrations, Broadway theatre, concerts, museums, dancing, dining, art, children’s events – it’s all in Downtown Tucson. And there’s more excitement on the way.

Río Nuevo is helping create the momentum for improvement in the Heart of the City. New attractions like Tucson Origins Heritage Park and the University of Arizona Science Center, plus developer incentives and major transportation improvements, are encouraging growing private sector investment in Downtown. During the past three years, investment commitments to Downtown have grown to more than half a billion dollars.

Use plans and the maps listed on the right to find information on recent construction, parking and what's coming to Tucson’s exciting Downtown.
